All of our Fleece Flippers™ are available in a variety of high-quality fleece fabric combinations! Our Fleece Flipper™ sets are designed for one-click ordering for a set of flippers to go with your C&C or Midwest Cage. They are perfect for guinea pigs, hedgehogs and rabbits! We also have flippers for Lofts and Patios. The Loop Loft, Porch Patio, Midwest Mezzanine and Kitchens only have Cage Liners available, though we highly recommend using disposable bedding for kitchens.

If you have a Kitchen (from Cagetopia):

Kitchen Inserts are designed to be placed directly on the cage tray. They do not need to be placed on top of the flippers, so you can downsize your flippers based on your kitchen size. Use our Sizing Guide to ensure that your fleece flippers are a perfect fit for your cage and kitchen combo.

BRAND MATTERS -- a LOT!

Not all C&C cages are the same. Not anymore. WE created C&C cages and we set the standards for C&C cage sizes that have been adopted around the world by millions now of guinea pig people. And not just for our store, but in the beginning for DIY C&C cages everywhere. Now, profiteers have copied and drastically reduced the quality of C&C cages in order to reduce costs, claim they are "C&C" and IGNORED the DECADES of cage standards so that everything would be compatible -- no matter what you bought or made from whom. WE still adhere to a very strong altruistic approach to our guinea pig community. But, when it comes to Fleece Flippers especially, SIZE MATTERS and any deviations will create gaps or a too tight fit. IF you have a C&C cage from CAGETOPIA or used the long-published standards of making your own, then our flippers will fit.

Cage Types Supported

C&C Cages
Midwest Habitat Cage

We make Fleece Flippers and Liners for C&C Cages -- Cagetopia or DIY if cut to published standards -- and the Midwest Habitat Cage. For the Midwest Guinea Pig Habitat, the Fleece Flippers especially, help compensate for the thin canvas bottom as they provide better stability and a plastic layer which helps prevent urine from eating away at the canvas liner.

Other commercial cage types are just too small for guinea pigs and fleece is inappropriate for small cages. The fleece gets soaked too fast and the pigs end up sitting in urine. Not good. Small cages should stick with disposable bedding and change it frequently.

What If I Have a Custom Cage?

If you have a large custom cage (C&C or otherwise) that meets our cage size minimums, then with all of the different Flipper panel sizes we offer and Cage Liner sizes, it's quite likely that you can make some various combinations of our existing sizes work for you with a modest amount of tweaking.
